"Delivery ended up being unreliable"
I ordered from spivo.com, the delivery process was a headache. The tracking barely updated, and my package showed up much later than the date they gave me. I had needed it for a trip, so that was really frustrating. Customer service was polite enough, but the replies felt basic and didn’t actually help me figure out what was going on. I wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a specific time.

"So it wouldn’t stay steady"
so I tried using this mount, but it kept wobbling no matter how I adjusted it. It just didn’t feel stable enough for what I needed

"Not as much variety as they make it sound"
The music is okay, and I’ve found a few decent things to listen to, but it’s not really what I expected. They make it seem like there’s a big mix with plenty of new stuff, but in reality it feels limited. I just wish the selection had more current music and a bit more variety overall.

"Packaging showed up rough"
The box arrived all crushed up, and it didn’t seem like the items inside were protected very well. I was kind of worried opening it. Anyway, the product itself was fine, but wow, that packaging had a rough day.

"Editing took forever tbh"
I sent my clips over to spivo thinking it’d be turned around quick, but it ended up taking way longer than I expected. I kept having to check for updates, which got annoying, and by the time I got the video back it kinda felt like the moment from my trip had already passed. The final edit was fine, nothing terrible, but the wait was just way too long. I probaly wouldn’t use them again if I needed something done fast.

"Wish I had shopped around first"
I really wanted to like this because the idea is good, but after getting it, I kind of regret paying as much as I did. It works fine, but it doesn’t feel like anything special, and for the price I was expecting better quality. Shipping was totally okay, so no complaints there. I just don’t feel like I got my money’s worth, and I wish I’d taken a little more time to compare other options before buying.

"I really wanted to like the Spivo..."
I really wanted to like the Spivo because the design is clever and it does look nice when you first pick it up. In actual use, though, it felt a bit awkward for me. The handle shape is okay, but after holding it for a while, I started noticing the edges and grip more than I expected. The button placement also felt just slightly off, like I had to think about it instead of just using it naturally.
The bigger issue for me was carrying it around. It’s not huge or anything, but it still felt like one extra item I had to make room for. When I’m traveling, even small things matter, especially when I’m trying to fit everything into a little day bag. I expected it to feel lighter and easier to toss in without thinking about it.

"Blurry video at the worst possible time"
The final video ended up looking blurry and the resolution was way lower than I expected. the timing made it even more frustrating because I needed it ready to use right away, and instead I had to deal with a video that didn’t look polished at all.

"Clip selection was more hassle than I expected"
I gave Spivo a try for choosing clips, it was frustrating. The whole process took longer than it should have, and it felt a bit clunky to use. I also didn’t end up with the clips I actually wanted, which was disappointing. Maybe other people have had better luck with it, but for me, it just wasn’t really worth the hassle

"Wrong item, slow help"
Ordered a couple things from Spivo. One item showed up in the right size, but the wrong color/model. Annoying.

I contacted support and it took a bit to get an actual answer. They offered to fix it, but I had to send photos and repeat myself.
Not awful. Just a hassle. I might order again, but not anytime soon.

"Support took a little longer than I hoped"
I waited a bit longer than I expected to hear back, which was a little frustrating. It’s not even about getting an instant reply, I just would’ve liked a quicker update. That said, they did eventually get back to me and answered my question, so overall it was fine

"Price details could’ve been clearer"
Booking itself was easy, but the weird part is the final price ended up being higher than I thought it would be. A few extra fees didn’t really show up until later in the process, so I just wish everything had been laid out more clearly from the start.

"I actually liked the stuff I was..."
I actually liked the stuff I was buying, so I guess that’s why I kept going, but the checkout process was kind of annoying. The page was loading really slow for some reason, and then I had to put in my shipping info twice, which felt unnecessary. Also the total at the end confused me because shipping didn’t really show up until later, or at least I didn’t notice it until then. The order did go through eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but I was close to just closing the page. Hopefully they fix that part because the products seem good.

"Pretty easy to use, but a little clunky in spots"
Overall, the site was easy enough to use, but I don’t know if it was just me or what, a few parts felt kind of clunky. It took me longer than I expected to find certain options, which was a little frustrating. Not a bad experience at all, I just feel like it could be smoother.

"Pretty disappointed"
I wasn’t happy with my experience using Spivo. It felt frustrating overall, and I didn’t really get the level of service I expected. If things don’t improve, I’ll probably just take my business somewhere else next time...

"Refund was kinda slow"
The return itself was fine, no big issue there, but the refund took longer than I thought it would. Just kind of a waiting game, honestly.

"Color correction was... not great!!"
I tried using spivo.com for a video, and the color correction just looked really off??? Some clips came out way too orange, others looked kind of flat and dull, and none of it really matched together well at all. I was expecting it to look a lot more natural, so it was frustrating... I ended up having to fix parts of it myself afterward, which was definitely annoying!!

"i bought this mainly for the..."
i bought this mainly for the quick camera switching, but the mechanism ended up being frustrating. it kept getting stuck halfway or wouldn’t lock in properly, and i missed a bunch of shots because of it.
maybe i just got a bad one, but for the price i really expected it to feel a lot smoother. it ended up being more annoying than helpful while i was traveling...
